Biography of Eieciepie
Photographer for over 30 years. I am attracted to strength, balance and flexibility in terms of poses, ideas and presentation. My current and ongoing projects include my “abandonment” and “wilderness” series. I am a U.S. Army veteran. My family has literally lived around the world. I have a background in or studied gymnastics, dance, yoga, rock climbing, theater, music/opera, Graphic Design, Printing and Publishing and of course photography. I feel this background gives me a unique perspective. In Pennsylvania I have 150+ acres of private land that is surrounded on 3 sides by state forest. In Boston I typically photograph in a studio but will often shoot where ever I can find a suitable location. In Washington DC/Maryland/Virginia I shoot both in a studio and outdoors both on private land and public locations. I also travel often and try to find abandoned buildings to shoot in or great outdoor locations but will on occasion rent a studio.
